We are open Monday through Thursday 7am to 4:30pm, Friday 7am to 3:30pm
and Saturday 7am to 12pm Pacific Coast Time. Orders placed on line will be
shipped on the next business.
We ship our product by FedEx and United Parcel (UPS) Monday through Thursday
for local customers with zip codes starting with 900-935. Air freight is
available for larger orders. Please call for air freight schedule.
Our product is freshly packed daily. All of our products contain a 10%
over count to alleviate any dead on arrival (DOA) while in transit.
Rainbow is not responsible for carrier delays or problems. Claims due
to carrier delays must be handled through the carrier. Holidays and
extreme weather conditions do affect our shipping procedure.
If your order arrives in poor condition, please call with in 24
hours and we will replace the loss. Shipping charges will be added to
the all replacement orders. We can no longer absorb this charge. |
