Update on COVID-19 from Rainbow Mealworms

As we all struggle with the challenges of the COVID-19 virus, please know that Rainbow Mealworms remains 100% committed to shipping our customers their orders on time. We deeply respect the trust you have placed in us, and you can count on us to do everything possible to ensure we are able to grow, pack, and ship your order to you in a timely manner.

Because we are one of the few farms that do not import from China, we are experiencing a vast increase in orders, and the expected ship date may be delayed by several days.  The ship day will be shown during checkout when you place an order.

At this time, our farm remains open for business. We have put policies in place that protect the health of our employees and reduce the risk of virus introduction or spread. 

We are experiencing higher than normal call volumes, and are unable to answer all calls.  Please email and text us whenever possible.

Please continue to reach out with any questions you may have. In addition to our email support services, you may contact us through text and phone. Additionally, our Answerbase is always available and an excellent resource for addressing many of our feeder questions. 

We will continue to monitor this situation and do everything possible to deliver the performance you entrusted in us.
